From Malaysia

Shipping

Orders leave from Malaysia. We prepare parcels for Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Outside Malaysia we ship DAP. The delivery fee we charge covers sending the parcel. If customs at the destination asks for duty or tax, the carrier collects that from the receiver. We would rather say this before the parcel moves than explain it afterwards.

Transit time depends on the route and on customs. We do not promise a fixed number of days. You receive a tracking reference when the parcel is handed over.

If the box arrives damaged, write to yytanjustin@gmail.com within 7 days and include a photo of the carton and the sachets. If a tracked parcel shows as delivered and you do not have it, write to us and we will take it up with the carrier.
