These terms cover the use of this website and the sale of Keeno. The seller is Keeno, operating from Malaysia.

Keeno is a food supplement for adults. It is not medical advice and it is not a medicine. You decide whether it is suitable for you. If you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or under care for a kidney condition, talk with your doctor first.

The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Guide prices on the marketing pages are indications for each market. They are not a second checkout.

We ship from Malaysia. Outside Malaysia, orders travel DAP unless the checkout says otherwise. DAP means we pay to send the parcel, and if the destination charges import duty or tax, that charge belongs to the receiver.

We hand the parcel to a carrier and send tracking when we have it. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, write to us with the order details and, for damage, a photograph. Title in the goods passes when payment clears.

Do not copy the brand, the pages, or the pack for your own product. The photographs and the wordmark belong to Keeno.

These terms follow the laws of Malaysia. A right you have under the consumer law where you live still stands.
