What is in the sachet, and what we will not claim.
The carton names four extracts. Amounts per sachet are printed on the pack, and that panel is the one that counts. This page says what each plant is doing in the formula, in ordinary language.
The botanicals have published research and traditional use behind them. Keeno itself is a daily food supplement. We do not describe it as a finished clinical trial, and we do not promise a change in a lab result.

Astragalus extract

Immune and antioxidant support
A root with a long place in East Asian herbal practice. In Keeno it is here for immune support and for the plant’s antioxidant compounds.
Astragalus root is known in traditional practice as huang qi. Public research has looked at its polysaccharides and related constituents for immune activity and antioxidant defence. Keeno uses the extract as daily support. It is not a treatment for kidney disease, and it does not stand in for anything a doctor has prescribed.

Dandelion extract

Support for the body’s fluid balance
Leaf and root eaten as food, and used traditionally where people wanted gentle support for fluid balance.
Dandelion has a long record as a food plant. Traditional use is the reason it sits in this formula. Keeno does not present it as a drug diuretic. The serve is a food extract, taken the same way each morning.

Cranberry extract

Support for a healthy urinary tract
A familiar botanical for urinary tract health. Much of the public research looks at cranberry compounds and the urinary environment.
Keeno includes cranberry extract to support a healthy urinary tract. That is not a claim that the sachet prevents or treats infection. Pain, fever, or burning when you urinate needs a clinician, not another sachet.

Lemon extract

Antioxidant support
Included for antioxidant support, and to keep the daily drink bright. The sachet has no added sugar.
Lemon extract brings antioxidant support and a clean, bright note. There is no added sugar in the sachet. Flavour shifts a little with the herbs, the stir, and the water. Mix it into still water, or into a drink you already like.
How to read this
Support is the word. Treatment is a doctor’s.
Keeno is formulated to support kidney function, filtration efficiency, and renal vitality. Kidneys already filter, balance, and clear. The sachet is a daily companion to that work, with water, food, and movement.
If you have kidney disease, take medicine, or are pregnant or nursing, ask your doctor before you start. Do not stop a prescribed treatment because a sachet arrived.
